Small Boutique Fashion Week is a show and market is the premiere Fashion Week event for small-scale buyers, boutique owners, celebrity and network stylists, and members of the fashion media. Our goal is to provide designers with the most upscale and business oriented environment open to the public, allowing participants to increase their revenue, while building relationships with your regions top small scale retailers. Our event has been featured in Lucky Magazine, Forbes, Fox Business Channel, PIX, and is also voted one of CBS's top open to the public NYCFW events 3 seasons in a row.
OUR GOAL IS TO GET YOU SOLD!!!!  All show participants (i.e. Models, Designers, MUA / Hair Stylists, and Vendors) will be marketed and promoted providing all requirements and deadlines are met. Buyers, boutique owners, celebrities, celebrity stylists, and press will all have back stage passes post the runway shows.

MODELS

OPPORTUNITY

• Expand your network of fashion industry professionals by working with professional designers, MUA, and Hairstylists.
• Meet members of fashion press (including bloggers), model scouts, photographers, and wardrobe/celebrity stylists

REQUIREMENTS

• Professional and reliable models ONLY
• 5'8 and above (Females)
• 5'10 and above (Males)
• Sizes 0 - 12 (Ladies)

1. Submit this 'Registration' form (be sure to put MODEL as your 'Participation Interest')
2. We will contact you to request your portfolio / pictures to conduct on line review
3. You will be contacted in regards to your participation request for SBFW Runway 
4. If you have been invited to the live casting in Atlanta you will be provided audition details via email at the same times as Step 4

DESIGNERS

OPPORTUNITY/AMENITIES

• Expand your network of fashion industry professionals
• Display your collection  at one of fashion's top runway shows outside of Mercedes Benz Fashion Week  
• Models will be casted for you as well your referred models can be used as well
• Display and/or sell your work to boutique owners , buyers, fashion media,  bloggers), hundreds of guests, and celebrity and television network stylists
•  Have your brand  marketed and promoted via Small Boutique Fashion Week event listings, website listings, social media promotion, event program, and more.
• Designers will be fully equipped the day of the show with hair and make up 
• Designers will be  provided with Look book template, if needed, to help you prepare for buyers
• Gain revenue from ticket sales 
• You will be provided with links to all press from show
• PERSONALIZED RUNWAY SHOW VIDEO

• Must be a clothing designer to participate. 
• Clothing must be sewn 
• All samples must contain runway ready quality  (determined by SBFW casting committee)
• Must be interested in selling and/or marketing your brand to fashion industry professionals
• Must be open to press and interviews 
• Must show a collection of 8-10 looks 

1. Submit this 'Registration' form (be sure to put  DESIGNER as your 'Participation Interest') If you are an accessory or jewelry designer and would like to vend please put DESIGNER/VENDOR as your 'Participation Interest'.
2. We will contact you to request your portfolio to conduct on line review of your work
3. You will be contacted and provided next steps in regards to your participation after portfolio review  
4. If you have been selected to participate you will be invited to the Designer/Vendor Meet & Greet  and/or sent a Designer Registration form to complete the process to represent your brand at SBFW.

VENDORS
 

• Expand your network of fashion industry professionals by working with professional designers, MUA, and Hairstylists.
• Meet members of fashion press (including bloggers), model scouts, photographers, and wardrobe/celebrity stylists
• You will be provided marketing and promotion via SBFW event listings, website listings, social media promotion, event program, and more.
• Gain exposure for your brand
• Listed in event program
• Vending table (we provide table and space)
• Links to all press from the show
• Wholesale general admission tickets available for purchase
• Vending tables will be first come first serve (6 openings)

• Must be a clothing designer, accessories/jewelry designer, or general vendor
• Must be interested and ready to sell and/or market your brand

2. If you have been selected to participate you will be sent a Vendor Registration form to complete

OPPORTUNITY/AMENITIES

2. We will contact you to request your portfolio to conduct online review of your work
3. You will be contacted and provided next steps in regards to your participation request for SBFW Runway Show 

BOUTIQUE OWNERS / BUYERS / STYLISTS
 

1. Submit this 'Registration' form (be sure to put BOUTIQUE or BUYER or STYLIST as your 'Participation Interest')
2. We will contact you to confirm your attendance at SBFW Runway Show 

PRESS / MEDIA (BLOGGERS
 

• Must write or photograph for a print and/or online magazine, news paper or blog (bloggers will be required to submit link to their site)
• Freelance photographers are welcome

1. Submit this 'Registration' form (be sure to put PRESS or OTHER MEDIA or BLOGGER as your 'Participation Interest')
2. We will send you the SBFW  Runway ShowPress Coverage credentials form
3. Once we have received your completed Press Coverage form we will send you additional event details

UPON SUBMISSION OF THIS FORM YOU WILL RECEIVE PRODUCTION ALERTS REGARDING GENERAL SBFW UPDATES AND YOUR RESPECTIVE OCCUPATION CATEGORY. THERE WILL NOT BE ALERTS INFORMING REGISTERED PARTICIPANTS IF WE HAVE REACHED OUR DESIGNER, MODEL, OR VENDOR PARTICIPATION CAP.  DUE TO AN OVERWHELMING AMOUNT OF RESPONSES WE URGE SERIOUS AND EAGER POTENTIAL PARTICIPANTS TO COMPLETE THEIR REGISTRATION EARLY TO SECURE THE OPPORTUNITY TO REPRESENT THEIR BRAND TO BOUTIQUES AND STYLISTS.
